Like our ceremonies, fees are personalized based on wedding location and date. Email us to get a quote for celebrant services in Italy.
When you request a quote, we will go over the itemized invoice, line-by-line so that we are all on the same page.
What areas do you service?
Tuscany Wedding Celebrants are located in the centrally located on the eastern side of Tuscany, and based in Foiano della Chiana. While many of our celebrations are in the Tuscany region, we are more than happy to work with you, no matter your location.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable 25% retainer to save the date of your wedding.
What does your fee NOT include?
Our celebrant services do not include the following:
- Presence or assistance at the rehearsal;
- More than three hours of attendance the day of the wedding;
- Travel OVER 50 kilometers from Foiano della Chiana, Tuscany. For Travel over 50 kilometers, there will be an additional travel fee, which we can discuss.
However, attendance at the rehearsal, additional time for the ceremony and travel are all available for an additional fee, which we can discuss.

A complimentary video call prior to our agreement, to determine if Tuscany Wedding Celebrants is the perfect fit for your ceremony. During this call, we will get to know each other a bit, discuss your vision for the big day, our process and how we can work together to build the perfect ceremony for you:
- Communication throughout the process as we write your custom ceremony;
- Access to our online resources including sample ceremonies, vows and readings;
- Assistance with creating your perfect ceremony;
- Celebrant present on the wedding day for up to three hours (split before and after the ceremony);
- Travel within 50km of Foiano della Chiana, Tuscany, is free of charge.
What do you typically wear for the ceremony?
Hersey: I have several suits that I wear and can coordinate with you on the color or if you have a theme, I am happy to wear whatever we agree will be most appropriate.
Lisa: I will usually wear a dress or possibly dress pants and a blouse and of course and coordinate if you have particular look or pallet in mind
How long does the ceremony typically last?
Each ceremony is as diverse as each couple. However, a good rule of thumb is to plan for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending upon the number of readings, rituals and vows that we have created together.
What material do you make available to help you create your ceremony?
Using information gathered from your questionnaire as well as our meetings, I will help you craft your ceremony by offering examples of other ceremonies, readings, quotes and walk you through the process, from start to finish. Our library also includes the most popular songs!
I would like to write my own vows but don’t know where to start. Can you help me?
We will work with you and your partner to create the perfect ceremony for your big day. We can help you with formats, readings, where to include music and special rituals or ideas you would like. It is our honor to be a part of your special day and look forward to sharing your vows with your family and friends.
Are you comfortable with adding religious elements or readings?
We are both ordained through the Universal Life Church and our desire is to help you create and write the ceremony you have dreamt of – no matter the content or religious background.
Do you perform same-sex, Non-Traditional or LGBTQ Ceremonies?
ABSOLUTELY! We are all inclusive. Period! We proudly celebrate with the LGBTQ family and welcome you with open arms.
Do you perform special rituals like ‘hand fasting’ or ‘lighting a unity candle’?
Of course! We will work with you to create a ceremony that celebrates you and your partner. Whether whimsical, romantic, humorous or religious, all rituals will be planned with you and carried out exactly according to your wishes.
How many weddings have you celebrated?
We have performed more than 60 civil and symbolic wedding ceremonies, in the United States and Italy.
